Message from the President
Over the past month, our community showed up—not for a lecture, not for a rally, but to sit with neighbors and talk honestly about how we live together in a democracy. That is the work: local, practical, and built by people who are willing to participate.
This month’s events continue that momentum. The League is creating spaces that make civic life feel possible: creative connection, skill-building, and real-world practice in how to be heard. Democracy is not saved by national figures. It is strengthened when residents choose to do the local work—together.
In League, Theodore G. Blackwell, President president@fredericksburglwv.org
